Mạng Lưới Blogger Việt Nam (MLBVN) chân thành cám ơn tất cả mọi người đã
thu xếp thời gian để đến và tham gia thảo luận trong buổi Cafe Nhân Quyền với chủ đề: "Công dân bị cấm xuất cảnh vì lý do an ninh nhìn từ quan điểm quốc tế".
Buổi họp mặt cafe Nhân Quyền lần 2 này là một viên gạch nhỏ góp phần vào
việc cải thiện nhân quyền, mở rộng không gian sinh hoạt về xã hội dân
sự và xây dựng nền tảng cho những thảo luận, đối thoại công khai, dân
chủ và tự do. Những thành quả có được chính là nhờ vào sự có mặt, đóng
góp ý kiến của các bác, cô chú, anh chị và bạn bè cùng đại diện các đại
sứ quán có cùng mối quan tâm về tình trạng tùy tiện cấm xuất cảnh nói
riêng và nhân quyền nói chung tại Việt Nam.
Mặc dù đã cố gắng hết sức nhưng vì lý do khách quan, ngoài tầm kiểm soát
nên địa điểm tổ chức không được thoải mái như mong muốn, MLBVN mong mỏi
quý khách tham dự và bạn bè thông cảm và bỏ qua.
MLBVN chân thành cám ơn những chia sẻ thẳng thắn từ đại diện Diễn đàn Xã hội Dân Sự, Con Đường Việt Nam và những câu hỏi cũng như phần tham gia thảo luận của các blogger khác.
Chân thành cám ơn sự có mặt của đại diện các đại sứ quán và những chia
sẻ về những quy định ngăn cấm việc tự do đi lại của công dân ở các nước
khác.
MLBVN tin rằng buổi thảo luận hôm nay là cơ sở và là động lực thúc đẩy
những người quan tâm đến nhân quyền có thêm những hành động tích cực
tiếp theo để bảo vệ quyền con người của mình một cách chính đáng.

Dear diplomatic representatives, honorable guests, compatriots and friends,
The Network of Vietnamese Bloggers (NVB) would like to express our
sincere thanks to everyone for sparing precious time to participate in
the Human Rights café discussing on the issue: "Citizens banned from foreign travel for security reasons, a look from an international perspective."
This second Human Rights café meeting served as a small brick
contributing to improving human rights in Vietnam, expanding the space
for civil society activities and building a foundation for discussions
and open dialogues in a free and democratic manner. The concrete results
have been made possible with your highly appreciated presence and your
share of serious concerns about human rights issues in Vietnam and the
recent state's arbitrary prohibiting of foreign travel in particular.
Though we tried our best to arrange a meeting place as comfortable as
possible, the outcome did not meet our expectation due to various
reasons beyond our control; therefore, we really appreciate your
understanding.
NVB would like to thank representatives of the Civil Society Forum, the Vietnam Path Movement, and all participated bloggers for their candid discussions and contributions.
We especially express our thanks for the presence of participated
representatives of various embassies and their advice on regulations
regarding the prohibiting of the free movement of citizens in other
countries.
We believe that today's discussion is a basis of motivation for those
who are interested in human rights issues to get involved more actively
in the next steps to justly protect their human rights.
