Cơ quan An Toàn Thực Phẩm và Kiểm Dịch(Food Safety and Ispection Service=FSIS) của Bộ Nông Nghiệp Hoa Kỳ ( USDA= US Department Of Agriculture) vừa ra lệnh THU HỒI LẠP XƯỞNG "MAI QUẾ LỘ" (đặc sản SÓC TRĂNG) của Lee Sanwiches vì nghi nhiễm độc. Lee Sanwiches mở công ty làm ăn với VC nên thực thẩm làm tại VN nhập lại vào Mỹ.

Thấy bồ lúc nào về California cũng tìm mua thức ăn bánh trái ở Lee Sanwiches, mình đã nói thức ăn ở đó hầu hết là của VN mang sang (xem labels) mà bồ vẫn thích và vẫn cứ mua, hôm nay xem tin nầy gởi cho bồ xem để tuỳ nghi quyết định...Vào Google search for more information about this recall.

Đã phải thu hồi £ 740 sản phẩm Lạp xưởng Mai Quế Lộ (Đặc Sàn Sóc Trăng) có thể bị nhiễm Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin ,

USDA Recall Classifications
Class I	This is a health hazard situation where there is a reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death.
Class II	This is a health hazard situation where there is a remote probability of adverse health consequences from the use of the product.
ClassIII	This is a situation where the use of the product will not cause adverse health consequences.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Sausage products from a California-based company are being recalled due to possible contamination with dangerous toxins.

The company, Lee Bros. Foodservice Inc., says some of its products may be contaminated with Staphylococcus aureusenterotoxin. An FSIS inspector discovered during a safety assessment that the water level in the product may have been high enough to allow for the production of the toxin.

The recall includes 740 pounds of sausage products: 16-ounce packages of Lee's Sandwiches brand pork sausages produced on Feb. 11 with the identifying code "042P" and 16-ounce packages of pork and chicken sausages produced on Feb. 12 with the code "043PC."

The products were sold in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas, as well as online. There have been no reports of illnesses.
