Liên Minh VIỆT NAM TÂY TẠNG THAM DỰ NGÀY TÂY TẠNG ĐOÀN KẾT TẠI DELHI , ẤN ĐỘ

Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Hạnh_Từ sáng sớm tinh sương ngày, 30 tháng 01 năm 2013 đã có hàng ngàn người hiện diện tại Sân Vận động Talkatora, New Delhi cùng nhau tham dự Buổi lễ khai mạc Chiến dịch Lịch sử Tây Tạng Đoàn Kết .
Buổi Lễ được chủ tọa bởi Thủ Tướng Tây Tạng lưu vong – Tiến sĩ Sikyong Lobsang Sangay và Ông Penpa Tsering Chủ Tịch Quốc hội Tây Tạng lưu vong.

Cùng với sư hiện diện đặc biệt của Dr Shri LK Advani, cựu Phó Thủ Tướng của Ấn Độ cùng nhiều vị Lãnh đạo của những đảng phái đối lập.
Shri, Priya Dutt, MP và Tiến sĩ EM Sudarsan Natchiappan, MP đại diện chính thức của đảng Shri Hassan Khan, MP đại diện cho Hội nghị Quốc gia.Cùng với sư hiện diện đặc biệt của Dr Shri LK Advani, cựu Phó Thủ Tướng của Ấn Độ cùng nhiều vị Lãnh đạo của những đảng phái đối lập.

Tibetan People’s Solidarity Campaign launched at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. January 30, 2013, Delhi: Various representatives from Indian political parties gathered at the Talkatora indoor stadium where the inaugural ceremony of ‘Tibetan People’s Solidarity Campaign’ was held. Over 5000 people, including 4500 Tibetans from India, Nepal and Bhutan and about 1000 Indian supporters from Delhi, NCR region and Ladakh were present at the function. Shri L. K Advani, former Deputy Prime Minister graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest. Shri, Priya Dutt, MP and Dr. E.M Sudarsan Natchiappan, MP were official Congress party delegates. Shri Hassan Khan, MP represented National Conference. In his opening remarks, Mr. Penpa Tsering, the Speaker of Tibetan Parliament in Exile said that this mass campaign is ‘first of its kind’ and that it marks ‘a historic moment for our struggle.’ He further remarked that ‘If China is sincere in granting autonomy, then Tibet can play a positive role as a bridge of peace between the two most populous nations in South Asia-India and China.’ While expressing gratitude to the Indian Government and people, the speaker requested the delegates from the ruling Congress party to ‘remind China that resolving Tibetan issue is in the larger interest of Chinese people.’ The Sikyong (democratically elected political leader of Tibetan people) in his keynote address mentioned that the holding of this campaign in India’s capital city stands as a ‘testament to India’s love and sympathy for Tibetans.’ Sikyong reiterated that ‘freedom for Tibetans and return of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to Tibet’ remains the ‘true aspiration of Tibetans inside Tibet and dream of Tibetans outside Tibet.’ In his reasoning as to why Tibet deserves attention and support, Sikyong stated that ‘Tibet stands as a catalyst and test for China’ and that ‘autonomy in Tibet will be the beginning of moderation for China.’ Sikyong attributed the success of the Tibetan struggle to India, and expressed hope that Tibet could be made ‘India’s success story.’ He concluded with a vision that ‘Tibetans will one day go from the holy land of India to the holy city of Lhasa with His Holiness the Dalai Lama.’ Shri L.K Advani shared few excerpts from Sardar Patel’s November 7, 1950 letter on Tibet addressed to the then Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Advani ji admitted with conviction that ‘a resolution between China and Tibet, will make the 21st Century- India’s Century.’ He lauded the ‘Tibetan spirit’ and assured that ‘Tibetans will see the light of the day.’ Advani ji concluded by saying that ‘just as His Holiness the Dalai Lama always refers to India as Tibet’s guru, we hope to match up to that expectations.’ Ms Priya Dutt, expressed ‘concern and solidarity for Tibetans inside Tibet and paid homage to 99 young lives sacrificed in a struggle to regain identity.’ She thanked the Tibetan people for the presence and blessings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in India. Dr. Hassan Khan encouraged Tibetan people to persevere and said that ‘the day will come soon for Tibetans to return to their homeland.’ Dr. E.M Sudarsan Natchiappan assured India’s love and support for the Tibetan struggle and said that ‘Tibetans are not just India’s neighbors but also it’s brothers and sisters.’ Ms. Dolma Gyari, Minister for Home, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) was the master of the ceremony and Mr. Tempa Tsering, Representative, Bureau of His Holiness the Dalai Lama proposed the vote of thanks....

Hàng ngàn đại biểu đại diện các Tổ chức phi chính phủ, cơ quan ban ngành chính phủ Tây Tạng lưu vong tập trung tại sân Vận động và trong hậu trường Talkatora.
Hơn 5000 người, trong đó có 4500 người Tây Tạng từ Ấn Độ, Nepal và Bhutan và khoảng 1000 người ủng hộ từ Delhi, Ấn Độ đã có mặt trong hội trường và hàng ngàn người bên ngoài trên các Đại Lộ New Delhi tiến đến khu vực Sân vận động Talkatora

” Vấn đề Tây Tạng phải được giải quyết và tôi tin tưởng rằng người dân Tây Tạng sẽ nhìn thấy ánh sáng trong một ngày gần đây. Đồng thời xin bày tỏ lòng ngưỡng mộ của
chúng tôi đến với những Anh Hùng của Tây Tạng đã tự thiêu như ngọn đuốc Tự Do.

Dr. Sikyong Lobsang Sangay , Thủ Tướng Tây Tạng lưu vong nhắc lại rằng : “ Tự do cho Tây Tạng và việc trở lại của Đức Đạt Lai Lạt Ma là nguyện vọng của người dân Tây Tạng trong nước cũng như ước mơ của người Tây Tạng tỵ nạn khắp nơi trên thế giới . Tây Tạng cần được quan tâm và hỗ trợ của Cộng đồng thế giới và khởi đầu từ các cuộc hổ trợ mạnh mẽ của chính phủ và nhân dân Ấn Độ . “ Dr Sikyong trong bài phát biểu của ông đề cập rằng : ” Việc tổ chức chiến dịch này trong thành phố Thủ đô của Nước Ấn Độ như là một minh chứng cho Tình yêu và sự Cảm thông của chính phủ và nhân dân Ấn Độ dành cho người dân Tây Tạng. ”

Phái Đoàn Liên minh Việt Nam Tibet với sự lãnh đạo của Ông Phuntsok Wangdu ( Soepa ) – Chủ Tịch và Ông Thupten Tenzin- Phó Chủ Tịch
cùng Toàn Thể Thành Viên của Phong Trào tham dự Meeting, tuần hành, phát truyền đơn dương cao biểu ngữ . Chúng tôi thật xúc động khi các bạn
trẻ, thanh niên học sinh, sinh viên Tây Tạng đã truyền nhau Lá Quốc Kỳ Tổ Quốc Việt Nam ( Cờ vàng 3 sọc đỏ ) .
Có nhiều em quấn lên người, đeo sau lưng, che lên đầu, như một thông điệp gởi đến Cộng đồng nhân loại tình Đoàn kết của hai dân tộc Việt Nam
và Tây Tạng . Tự Do, Nhân Quyền nhất định sẽ phải đến với hai nhân dân Tây Tạng và Việt Nam một ngày rất gần đây .

Chúng ta thật sự nghẹn ngào xúc động pha lẫn hãnh diện khi nhìn thấy những Lá Cờ Quốc Gia Việt Nam Cộng Hòa " Cờ Vàng Ba Sọc Đỏ " hiện diện tung bay trong cuộc Biểu Tình quy mô tại New Delhi, Ấn Độ ngaỳ hôm qua. Những cố gắng , nhiệt tâm và sáng kiến nhất là tinh thần YÊU NƯỚC của Chiến sỹ Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Hạnh , những Hy Sinh của Chị đã được ghi nhận nồng nhiệt . Sự hợp tác thiết tha của những người dân TIBET cùng chung một mục đích đòi lại TỰ TRỊ , NHÂN QUYỀN , TỰ DO với người Việt Quốc Gia chúng ta chắc chắn sẽ thắng lợi một ngaỳ không xa lắm . TỰ DO sẽ vang dội Hy Mã Lạp Sơn vang vọng đến Hoàng Trường Sa của Việt Nam thân yêu .

At the very early morning on January 30,2013 , a huge crowd of thousand and thousand people gathering at the Stadium Talkatora , New Delhi together joining the ceremony of ” Tibet fighting for Freedom ” .
The ceremony is lead by the Premier of the excile Tibet – Dr. Lobsang Sangay and Mr.Pelpa Tsering – President of the India Parliament
in excile and also the very special presence of Dr . Shri LK Advani , former Vice – Premier of India with many Leaders of different politic parties such as Shri , Priya Dutt , MP and Dr . UM Sudarsan Natchiappan , official represent Shri Hassan Khan party and National Representative .
Thousand of people from the Non-government parties , different branches of the Tibet excile government are gathering together at the Stadium and at Talkatora . There are more than 5,000 people in which about 4,000 come from India , Nepal , Bhutan and about 1,000 supporters from Delhi assisting in this meeting . Thousand other people from all over come to join at the Talkatora Stadium .
Mr. Shri L.K. Advani , Vice- Premier is the honor guest of this event said :
” The political situation of Tibet will resolve somehow in the very near future and I guarantee that the people of Tibet will see the
PEACE soon . I am also expressed my respect and pray to the Tibetans heroes who self-immolated for the ideal of Freedom . ”
Dr . Sikyong Lobsang Sangay , the Premier of Tibet also said :
” Freedom for Tibet and the return of our Holy Dat Lai Lama is the hope of Tibet in our country as well as abroad . Tibet must be recognize and will get full support from all the organizations in the whole world . But we need immediately these supports from the Tibetan itself . ”
Along with his remarks , Dr. Sikyong said :
” The growing up of this organization in the center of Tibet is a proof of Love and concern of the Tibet government .”
Mr. Penpa Tsering , President of the excile Tibet Parliament said :
” These events today will mark an historic event for the Fighting for Freedom in Tibet ” .
The members of the ” Viet Nam – Tibet Alliance Fighting for Freedom ” including its President , Mr. Phuntsok Wangdu ( Soepa ) and
his Vice – President Mr. Thupten Tenzin and all the members of this organization , students walking in this parade with the Republic South Vietnamese Flag respectfully flying . Many of them having these Vietnamese flags on their necks , their chests … to spread out a message to the world the closely supporting and friendships of these two countries always .
Freedom and Humanity will get to Tibet and Viet Nam in a very near future days .
