Thugs or government representatives?

According to Danlambao reporter, at least three members of the Vietnam delegation attending Vietnam’s Universal Periodic Review on February 5, 2014 are allegedly accused of spying on rights activists and one of them shown agressive behavior toward a female human rights activist.

Reportedly, the alleged member of the Vietname delegation had followed the Vietnamese rights activists and taken their pictures on January 30, 2014 when they attended the “Vietnam Day” at the U.N. headquarters.

When he was photographed by an activist this man displayed extreme anger and shouted at the activists with a commonly imperious attitude of the communist officials in Vietnam.

On February 5, 2014, the man joined the Vietnam communist delegation for Vietnam’s Universal Periodic Review. He seems to be superior to the other two spies who also attended the review.

The Human rights activists from Vietnam often face with wicked booby traps from the communist security agents; therefore, they can quickly recognize who they are.

While the review was in progress the alleged aggressor is said to conduct spying on the activists and was photographed by a female activist. Immediately, the man used his left hand to cover his face, angrily whispered some inaudible words then suddenly ran at the female activist like a mad bull runs at the torero in a bullfight.

The woman quickly took the picture and stepped aside to dodge the attack. Failing to attack the woman, the man ran away quickly.

The unexpected encounter happened in just seconds, leaving the female activist a surprised question: why did she almost get hurt in a cruel attack amid a Universal Periodic Review session right in the heart of the U.N. headquarters?
